Strong project management is essential to delivering quality, reliability, and performance. This new training program equips maritime suppliers, educators, and research-focused entities with practical skills and tools to strengthen operations, support customer requirements, and contribute to a resilient manufacturing supply chain.
Offered at no cost to participants, the program combines two in-person training days, five virtual sessions, and a capstone project designed to reinforce learning through real-world application.
Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology will be administering this program in partnership with General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB), Huntington-Ingalls Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS), and Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc. (BPMI) going forward. Please note that this course will include in-person sessions on-site at CCAT’s facilities in East Hartford, Connecticut.
