VOLUNTEER APPLICATION - EPIC HALLOWEEN BLOCK PARTY

This inaugural event, EPIC Halloween Block Party, "BOO'S & BOOZE," will be a Large-Scale Halloween Celebration in Downtown El Paso on Saturday, October 31, 2026 providing the ultimate Halloween experience featuring Headliners from The Boulet Brothers' Dragula and Titans + Live, Local International & National Entertainment, Djs, bands, food, merch & non-profit vendors, epic spirits, and will be the Biggest Halloween Party in the 915! The event is for everyone and designed to cater ALL communities from El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces New Mexico and Cd. Juarez Mexico. Partial proceeds to benefit PFLAG El Paso & Luna's Foster Rescue. Your EPIC Bar will be providing guests 21+ with those spooky spirits to keep those festive vibes going all night long - SO GET READY!

All Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and expected to assist with production set up, help as needed during the event (ticket scanners, barbacks, back stage, guest relations, runners, etc.) and with production tear down once the event is over. Hours will start at 12:00 PM and end at 2:00 AM. All Volunteers are expected to show up on time and stay for for the entire duration of their assigned shift. You don’t need experience—but you do need the right mindset for the EPIC HALLOWEEN VIBES of this event. All Volunteers must be reliable & punctual, have a positive attitude, be customer friendly, flexible (things change fast at events), able to follow instructions and work as team, and be comfortable with crowds, loud music and long hours.

All Volunteers will be provided a meal and non-alcoholic beverages during their assigned shift and will be allowed to stay and have fun at the block party once they complete their shift. We are working on having Meet & Greet access for our Headliners for you - Stand by for confirmation.

I, the Volunteer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the volunteer's participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury to persons, damage to property, or violation of laws resulting from the volunteer's acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct. The volunteer further agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event rules, and assumes full responsibility for their equipment, personnel, and duties.
