The Time Management & Prioritization Assessment is designed to evaluate how effectively you manage your time, focus, and priorities in the workplace. It measures your ability to organize tasks, allocate time efficiently, maintain productivity, and consistently focus on activities that create the greatest impact. The assessment helps identify strengths in planning, organization, discipline, and follow-through while highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Based on your responses, the assessment places you into a performance category ranging from Disorganized / Reactive to Highly Effective. Each result provides personalized insights, development opportunities, and practical recommendations to help strengthen prioritization, improve productivity, enhance accountability, and maximize your overall effectiveness in the workplace.
This is the plan output from your assessment and choices. It will be delivered using our 30+ year coaching framework called QALMS. We strongly encourage you get the $99 course that teaches the framework. This tool will literally itemize the exact questions, activities, and learning projects to drive accountability for every single part of the coaching plan. In addition it will teach how to coach career motivation, which we call the motivator along with supplemental coaching strategies that allow you to prescribe coaching ultimately saving you time because it does not require your physical presence.
This course teaches the very framework (QALMS) that your coaching plans will be developed. We typically charge significantly more for this course but in lieu you are applying for the coaching assessment this will serve as a great resource for you. This course will take roughly 90 minutes to complete, and it will give you an excellent foundation it can only and should only be purchased once.
If you want to work with a coach one-on-one and go over your assessment results and strategies, we will give you one hour coaching session or two 30 minute sessions. This will allow you to work with the certified coach from progress coaching to deepen your understanding of the coaching plan and answer any questions.
