  • Event Details & Vendor Requirements

    - Dates: Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21, 2026
    - Location: Veteran Square, Lee Ave.
    - Times: Friday 12:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday 11:00am–8:00pm, Sunday 11:00am–8:00pm

    Vendor Requirements:
    • You must bring your own tent, table(s), and chair(s).
    • You may bring your own propane tank or generator for preparing food on-site.
    • Must complete a temporary eating & drinking application if preparing food on-site.
    • No alcohol permitted on premises.
    • You can set up Thursday at 5:00pm–7:00pm.

    Payment Instructions:
    • Please return all forms along with fees to City Building via mail or drop-off slot (Wallis Avenue) to the attention of City Clerk.
    • Checks or money orders made payable to: CITY OF FARRELL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
