  • Hole Design & Build Specifications:

    • Holes size- no larger than 200 sq ft.
    • Hole must include a drink holder.
    • Please cap your budget at $1,000.

This is a public event open to all ages and families with kids. Please keep in mind there are many kids who will be playing on the holes. While we will be working to encourage parent supervision, it's important to consider this while designing and building your hole. (No loose or unattached objects that can be removed and taken, make holes as sturdy as possible, nothing to climb, etc.)

    Additional Guidelines

    • Holes must be built ahead of time and offsite.
    • On the day of installation your hole should be ready to piece together with only minor adjustments needed as you set up. No saws will be allowed on the property. Drills are fine.
    • Builders must be available to deliver and set their hole up Friday morning (9/18/26). We will schedule teams arrivals between 8AM-11AM. Once holes are set up, builders don't have to stay for the event but we do recommend sticking around for the start to ensure everything is running smoothly.
    • Tools and equipment used for installation (as well as the hole itself) can not cause damage or penetrate the turf.
    • No power outlets will be provided. Holes should be able to be played without electricity. Battery power features are fine.
    • Once holes are unloaded and set in place on Friday they will remain in place until Sunday evening.
    • There is no weather protection provided. Please ensure hole will be ok if it rains.
    • There is no overnight security.
    • Holes need to be broken down immediately following the end of the awards ceremony on Sunday, September 20th.
    • Hole builders are responsible for the breakdown and complete removal of their hole on Sunday.
    • There are no available dumpsters on site.
