    Caribbean (T&T) 2026.
  • CANex Caribbean (T&T) is designed to allow Canadian representatives to meet potential
    students, as well as parents, educators, and agents in Trinidad and Tobago.

    received in full. Office Gems will contact you within 5 business days of submission with your
    confirmation and invoice.

  • 02 TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

  • TERMS OF PARTICIPATION — CANex Caribbean (T&T) 2026
    Registration and representation
    1. Registration must be completed by a representative from an eligible Canadian institution.
    2. Attendance and representation at the event must be from the registered institution.
    3. When not able to attend in person, the institution will name a designate to represent them.
    4. A designated agent may only represent one participating Canadian institution at any given event.
    5. The participation space will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Agent participation
    7. Education agents or consultants cannot register on behalf of an institution without submitting a current Mandate Letter from that institution.
    8. A designated agent may only represent one Canadian institution at the event.
    9. No promotional material from agents — including business cards, flyers, or brochures — shall be displayed or distributed at the event.

  • Cancellation policy
    a. If the institution formally withdraws its registration prior to September 11, 2026, Office Gems shall return the balance of funds after deducting any expenses already incurred.
    b. If the institution formally withdraws after September 11, 2026, no refund shall be issued by Office Gems.
    c. Formal withdrawal in (a) and (b) above should be to the Office Gems' contact as listed below by email.
    d. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations,

  • the institution will be refunded for that segment of the tour only. Institutions may receive only a partial reimbursement of their registration fees if some organizational costs have already been incurred.

  • Responsibilities of the Institution

    • The Institution agrees to pay in advance for the activities associated with CANex Caribbean (T&T)
    • Payment of the agreed costs will be made at the time of registration as per payment instructions below.
    • Payment must be made by September 11, 2026.
    • The Institution must register for events for each stop of the tour in which it wishes to participate.
    • The Institution must cover its own airfare, hotel, per diem, and incidental expenses.
    • The institution understands that Office Gems may hire the services of local service providers in order to provide the services identified in the Agreement.

  • Responsibilities of Office Gems

    • Office Gems will provide institutions with schedule, logistics, and venue information.
    • Registration costs will cover all activities detailed in this agreement unless otherwise noted.
    • Office Gems will maintain proper accounts and records of expenditures.
    • Office Gems will decide the location of booths.

  • Statement of Work

    • The funds collected by Office Gems will be used to support organisation costs, including but not limited to advertising, production of promotional material, logistics, venues, and ground transportation.

  • Payment

  • When registration has been submitted, Office Gems will send the institution an invoice indicating the method of payment.Payment must be received before the event takes place.Standard registration: CAD $1,900 — covers full participation for one (1) institutional representative.Each additional participant from the same institution: CAD $200 supplementary charge.*

  • FINANCIAL AGREEMENT — CANex Caribbean (T&T) 2026
    This agreement defines the financial responsibilities of Office Gems Institute for Professional Development and the registering institution.
  • Fee structure:
    • Standard registration: CAD $1,900 — covers full participation for one (1) institutional representative across all three event days.
    • Each additional participant from the same institution: CAD $200 supplementary charge.
  • Payment process:
    • The institution agrees to pay in advance for all activities associated with the event.
    • Once your registration is submitted and reviewed, Office Gems will send an invoice indicating the method of payment.
    • Payment must be received in full before the event takes place.
    • Registration deadline: September 11, 2026.
