The VABDF Community Education Weekend is designed for VABDF constituents and their immediate family and/or household members.

The meeting registration fee is $50 per household. We do not want cost to prevent anyone from participating so if the registration fee presents a financial hardship, please let us know below. Registration fees will be collected after registration closes on Friday, July 24th.

PLEASE READ: VABDF is pleased to provide complimentary hotel accommodations for Saturday night for all registered individuals/families attending this year's event.

A limited number of complimentary Friday-night hotel rooms are also available. Because the number of available rooms is limited, priority will be given to those attendees that are traveling more than 90 miles and for whom the cost of an additional hotel night would create a financial hardship.

Those who wish to arrive on Friday but are not selected for a complimentary Friday-night room may reserve a room at our discounted group rate of $179 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Friday-night room requests will be reviewed after registration closes on Friday, July 24th, and you will be notified of your hotel status by Friday, August 7th.
