Licenses and permits. Please make sure you have everything needed for your type of business.

Please upload any of the following that apply to your business: TPT license, food handlers card, county health permit, inspection report, 501(C)(3), etc.

Please make sure you are an approved vendor with Rescue Ranch Market prior to submitting payment for an event.

Spots are limited by category and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If you submit payment for a category that has already been reserved, your payment will be refunded.

Standard booth size is 10 x 10, unless otherwise arranged. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tents must be weighted with a minimum of 20 lbs on each leg for safety.

Products must be safe, legal, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Booth must be kept clean, organized, and presentable. Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards staff, fellow vendors, and attendees. Aggressive or obnoxious sales techniques are prohibited.

Booth must be set up on time and tear down can not start until event has ended. Please leave your area clean.

Vendors are responsible for all necessary permits, licenses, insurance, and tax collection/remittance required for their type of business. Food vendors must comply with all Maricopa county health department requirements.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless event is cancelled by the event coordinator.

Set up details will be emailed the week of the event.

By applying, paying fees, and participating in the market, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from all future markets without refund.
