    • Pre-Entries will not be accepted online after 6PM on June 18th.

    • No payment is due until you arrive at show.

    • Exhibitors who use the online entry may scratch or make changes without penalty prior to the start of each session.
       
    • Exhibitors must report to the registration office upon arrival to sign the entry form, make payment, and get back numbers.
       
    • An unsigned entry form is not valid and that entry will be withdrawn from the class.
       
    • Show management will assign a back number to each horse. You may request a back number of your choice, but it will be your responsibility to provide that number.

  • There is a $5.00 per horse grounds fee for the entire weekend

    Applies to all horses whether stalled or trailered

  • Stalls are $60 each for the weekend

  • Camper/Trailer hook-ups are $60 for the weekend

  • PLEASE NOTE:

     * = English or Western Tack and Attire

    All Performance Racking Classes = Action Device

    All Walking Classes – NO CANTER (Unless otherwise noted)

    All Men’s & Ladies’ Classes are open to Juveniles unless otherwise specified

    COMPLETE ADDRESSES are required for the Exhibitor, Owner, and Trainer.   Make sure to include all information when making your entries. 

  • Class 11 is a MEMBER'S ONLY class and will be judge separately for each association represented.  Each exhibitor must select which association they will riding under.  

  • Exhibitors must report to the registration office upon arrival to sign the entry form, make payment, and get back numbers.
