2026 TLA Scholarship Application Form
Please complete this application to request a scholarship for participation in LSM's 2026 Teen Leadership Academy presented by Stella's Girls, Inc. A limited number of scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need.

In addition to completing the information in this application, you may upload or email a letter of support from someone (other than a relative) who can speak to your child's need for financial support to attend Teen Leadership Academy.

Applications are due by July 17 at 11:59pm. You will be informed of the Scholarship Committee's award decision by July 22.
