  • Oregon Community Solar Project Transfer Form

  • Purpose

  • This Project Transfer Form confirms the Participant's request to transfer their community solar Subscription from Shoestring Solar to Burlingame Solar, setting forth the changes associated with that transfer and serving as a limited amendment to the Participant's existing Subscription Contract. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.

  • By signing below, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
    1. The Participant's community solar Subscription will be transferred from Shoestring Solar to Burlingame Solar.
    2. The Participant understands that Burlingame Solar uses a different bill credit and subscription fee structure than Shoestring Solar per OPUC rules, resulting in projected long-term savings that may be lower than those associated with Shoestring Solar.
    3. The Participant has been provided the opportunity to review the updated bill credit and subscription fee rates listed below, applicable to Burlingame Solar.
    4. Except as specifically modified by this Project Transfer Form, all terms and conditions of the Participant's existing Oregon Community Solar Subscription Contract shall remain in full force and effect, including the right to cancel participation at any time.
