Authorization & Agreement
By signing below, you, the Client, agree to the selected services and pricing outlined in this document and authorizes Sometimes Y LLC to begin work under the following standard terms:
Payment Terms: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project completion and prior to the website being launched live or transferred to the Client.
Scope of Work & Revisions: The project includes the specific pages/features selected above and up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Any additional pages, extensive structural layouts, or features requested outside of this initial scope will be billed at the standard add-on rates listed above.
Content Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing all final text (copy), brand assets, and high-resolution images. Project timelines depend on prompt content delivery; delays in asset delivery will result in project timeline extensions.
Third-Party Fees: The Client is solely responsible for all ongoing third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registration, website hosting, premium plugin renewals, or payment processor fees.
Software Licensing: If Sometimes Y LLC utilizes an agency developer license (e.g., Divi/Elegant Themes) to build the website, the Client understands that ongoing theme/plugin updates are considered an add-on service.
