CODE OF CONDUCT & SPARRING RULES
We train hard, respect each other, and prioritize safety. By training here, you agree to follow these rules. Non-compliance will result in a Three-Strike Policy enforcement.
GENERAL GYM RULES
No Playing Around: Stay focused. Horseplay causes accidents and disrupts others.
No Sitting Around: Keep moving, support your teammates, and maximize your mat time.
Gear Up Properly: Hand wraps are mandatory for all bag, pad, and contact work.
Clean Your Station: Spray down and wipe all equipment, bags, and pads after use. Return gear to its proper place.
SPARRING RULES & ETIQUETTE
Control, Not Combat: Sparring is a controlled practice, not a real fight.
The Goal: Learn, adapt, and improve together. The goal is never to knock your partner out.
Mandatory Gear: You must wear headgear, a mouthguard, a groin/pelvis protector, and sparring gloves.
Match the Speed: Match your partner’s speed and intensity. Never bully or overpower a less experienced boxer.
Leave the Ego: Leave your ego outside the ring. Treat your training partners with respect.
Zero Illegal Strikes: No hitting the back of the head, spine, below the belt, or after the bell.
THREE-STRIKE POLICYFailure to follow the gym or sparring rules will result in immediate consequences: Strike 3: Temporary or permanent ban from the gym.
