This agreement is between CFA Magnus School and the player and parent/legal guardian.
PLAYER COMMITMENT
By joining CFA Magnus School, players are committing to their development and to being an active part of the program throughout the contract period.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Players are expected to attend a minimum of one (1) training session per week during each season to be considered for placement on a team for leagues, tournaments, and other competitive events. Attendance, effort, commitment, and consistency will be considered when making team placement and roster decisions. We understand that conflicts may occasionally arise, but players are expected to
make training a priority and communicate with their coaches when they are unable to attend. Reasonable exceptions may be made for injuries, illness, school-related obligations, and family vacations when communicated in advance whenever possible.
WINTER LEAGUES & TOURNAMENTS
Players commit to participating in winter leagues, training sessions, and designated tournaments throughout the contract period.
NO REFUND POLICY
CFA Magnus School plans rosters, league registrations, tournament entries, facility rentals, and coaching schedules based on player commitments. For this reason, all fees paid under this agreement are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if a player is unable to participate due to a documented medical condition verified by a licensed medical provider.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Players and parents are expected to represent CFA Magnus School in a positive and respectful manner at all times. Players should show respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and families while demonstrating good sportsmanship both on and off the court.
MEDIA RELEASE
The parent or legal guardian grants CFA Magnus School permission to photograph, film, and use the player's image, likeness, and training footage for social media, promotional materials, the CFA website, educational content, and other marketing purposes.
ROSTER COMMITMENT
By signing this agreement, the player is committing to CFA Magnus School for training sessions, league play, and designated tournaments during the contract period. Team placement and playing opportunities will be based on attendance, effort, commitment, attitude, and overall participation throughout the season.
