GUIDELINES

By submitting this registration form and participating in the event, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
TABLE RESERVATION & PAYMENT
• An invoice for table fees will be sent to the email address provided on this registration form.
• Payment must be received in full within seventy-two (72) hours of invoice issuance.
• Unpaid reservations may be canceled without notice, and the reserved table(s) may be released to another vendor.
• All table fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
• Event organizers will provide event insurance coverage for catastrophic incidents occurring during the event, including certain weather-related events, subject to the terms and limitations of the insurance policy.
• Vendor understands and agrees that Presidio Comics, the Tucson Mall, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or disappearance of merchandise, equipment, displays, personal property, or other items belonging to the Vendor.
• Vendor assumes full responsibility for safeguarding and monitoring their booth, table, merchandise, cash, and personal property throughout the event.
AUTHENTICITY OF MERCHANDISE
• All merchandise offered for sale must be authentic and legally obtained.
• The sale of counterfeit, bootleg, pirated, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited.
• Event organizers reserve the right to require removal of any item deemed counterfeit, inappropriate, or in violation of applicable laws, licenses, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Vendors found selling counterfeit merchandise may be removed from the event without refund.
VENDOR CONDUCT
• Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward attendees, fellow vendors, mall guests, and event staff.
• Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
EVENT OPERATIONS
• Vendors must be fully set up before the published opening time of the event.
• Vendors agree to remain open and staffed during all published event hours unless otherwise approved by event management.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area.
• Vendors may not block aisles, emergency exits, neighboring booths, or common walkways.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, and tax requirements related to their business and sales activities.
EVENT CHANGES
• Event organizers reserve the right to modify event layout, vendor placement, operating hours, or other logistical arrangements as necessary.
• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation at their discretion if a vendor violates these terms or engages in conduct that negatively impacts the event.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
- No sharing or subletting tables without organizer approval.
- No outside food sales unless specifically authorized.
- No weapons, illegal items, or adult material permitted.
- Load-in/load-out procedures will be sent approximately one week prior to event.
- Sales tax responsibility remains with the vendor.
- Photography consent allowing event organizers to use photos/videos of booths and vendors for promotional purposes.
