$3: Fabric Purchase This fee applies when the Customer requests fabric that Rattlingourd Studio, LLC does not have in stock.
$3: Button Purchase This fee applies when the Customer requests buttons that Rattlingourd Studio, LLC does not have in stock.
$3: Licensed Fabric This is an additional expense for copyrighted fabrics, not a substitute for the Fabric Purchase Fee. Example: If the Customer requests that Rattlingourd Studio, LLC purchase Disney fabric, then the Customer must pay both fees.
$12 Embroidered Name/Word Only available for Small Sized (7 inch doll) Peepa Bunny Dolls or larger. This is a fee for hand embroidery.
Delivery: Rattlingourd Studio, LLC will arrange to meet in a public space with the customer to provide the finished doll.
Rights & License: Rattlingourd Studio, LLC retains all copyrights to the design of the Peepa Bunny Doll. Customer may not replicate or claim credit online or elsewhere for the making of the Peepa Bunny Doll. Customer may not resell the Peepa Bunny Doll. Customer may not upload photos of the Peepa Bunny Doll to any Al programs, software, websites, platforms, or use any Al filters to modify appearance of the Peepa Bunny Doll in any way, either directly or by allowing a third party to do so on their behalf whether the third party receives payment or not. No reverse engineering (disassembling to recreate the pattern) for the Peepa Bunny Doll is permitted.
Refund & Service Terms: All sales are final. No refunds shall be issued after services are rendered. The Peepa Bunny Doll is a handmade art item. Art is a subjective; no guarantee is made regarding or Customer satisfaction with hand embroidery or variations in pattern, coloration, or stitching. In the event of equipment failure, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the control of Rattlingourd Studio, LLC, liability is limited to the amount paid. By signing, Customer acknowledges services & pricing listed above.
