MURRAY'S MONSTER BASH VENDOR APPLICATION
Chatsworth City Park • Chatsworth, Georgia | Event Dates: October 2 & 3, 2026 | Festival Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Application Deadline: August 31, 2026. Please complete this application in full. You will be notified by email of the application status once reviewed. Payment for vendor space must be made within 3 days after acceptance email is sent. After three days of no payment received, the spot will be made available to other applicants and you will be required to reapply. We have a limited number of spots set aside for each type of vendor, so early applications are encouraged and increase chances of acceptance. Thank you for your interest in Murray's Monster Bash.

Setup Information: Please read the setup requirements below and check each box to indicate understanding and acknowledgement.
I understand setup hours are between 11 am and 2 pm each day.
I understand my vehicle must be removed from the event space by 2:15 pm each day.
I understand that I must provide all of my own needed items to set up my space, including tent/canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting and display materials.
Vendor Rules and Regulations: Please read the rules and regulations listed below and check each box to indicate agreement with and understanding.
I understand Bash will be held rain or shine.
I understand that booth location requests can be made but are not guaranteed.
I understand that my booth must remain open for all festival hours unless otherwise approved.
I understand I must first contact event organizers if I wish to sell or offer any items at my booth that are not listed on this application.
I agree to keep my booth and the area surrounding it clean and free of trash.
I understand the items I offer for sale may not contain language or show imagery that would be considered inappropriate for families/young children.
(Food Vendors) I understand it is my responsibility to comply with all state and local health department regulations and shall not operate without having first obtained all required permits.
I understand that no open flames are permitted inside Chatsworth City Park.
I understand I am not to use electricity inside Chatsworth City Park unless I have specifically applied for electrical access.
I understand that if I've applied to use electricity, I must bring a long, heavy duty outdoor extension cord.
I understand I may not operate a generator that creates a disturbance that takes away from the ambiance of the festival.
I agree to accept responsibility for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax for items sold at my booth.
I agree that my tent/canopy will be properly weighted and secured for safety.
I understand I may not sublease or share my assigned space without prior approval
I understand I may not use music, amplified sound, or conduct disruptive activities without prior approval from festival organizers.
I understand a portion of the festival will occur under darkened conditions and will provide and set up my own lanterns, canopy lights, etc so that visitors can continue to see my booth.
I understand that the festival will conclude at exactly 9 pm on October 3 and I must immediately begin work to vacate the festival grounds at that time, making every effort to be out no later than 11 pm.
I understand that the hours of 3 pm to 4 pm each day will be recognized as 'sensory hour' in which the festival will operate without music or announcements, and will contribute to helping the park remain as quiet as possible during that time so that our special guests on the spectrum may enjoy it in a way that is suitable for them.
I agree that I and those who are assisting me will not engage in any type of behavior that is considered inappropriate for a family friendly atmosphere.
I understand that by not complying with all rules and regulations that I risk immediate removal from the event and will lose the priviledge of being able to become a vendor at any future Murray's Monster Bash events.

I understand that participation in Murray’s Monster Bash is voluntary. I agree to release and hold harmless Murray’s Monster Bash, the City of Chatsworth, Chatsworth City Park, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and anyemployees and affiliates from any and all liability for theft, damage, injury, loss or claims arising from participation in said event.
I understand that I am responsible for my own property, merchandise, equipment, insurance, permits, licenses, and employees.
I understand that at no time day or night is security guaranteed. I agree that I alone am responsible for protecting my property against mishaps, damage and theft and will accept any consequences that result from these mishaps should they occur.
I understand that Bash organizers have no control over weather situations nor who decides to show up. I understand and accept that the Bash will be open rain or shine and that the vendor fee I pay is nonrefundable regardless of weather situations or crowd levels.

By participating as a vendor at Murray’s Monster Bash, I grant permissionto Murray’s Monster Bash and its representatives to use photographs or videotaken of my booth, products, employees, or activities during the event forpromotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
