Food Vendor Rules & Requirements

Permits & Legal Compliance
Vendors must have all required local health permits and business licenses
Must comply with county/state food safety regulations
No Refunds or Transfers
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Required Setup Time
Vendors must be fully set up by 1:00 PM. Due to water barricades and event logistics, late arrivals will not be accommodated. If time changes we will let you know immediatly
Professional Conduct
All vendors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude. Rudeness, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, guests, or other vendors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Sales Responsibility
The event organizers are not responsible for individual vendor sales performance. Vendors are strongly encouraged to promote their participation prior to the event.
Trash & Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean at all times. All trash must be properly disposed of. Failure to clean your area will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Booth Maintenance
Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and visually presentable food truck/booth space throughout the duration of the event.
Approved Menu Only
Vendors are only permitted to sell items that were listed and approved on their application. No unapproved menu items may be added or sold during the event.
Arrival & Early Departure
Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown or departure without approval may result in being banned from future events.
Power & Equipment
Vendors must provide their own power source (generators, extension cords, etc.) unless otherwise specified. All equipment must be in safe working condition.
