    Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Treasure Trail Market!

    Treasure Trail Market is a unique vendor marketplace dedicated to supporting small businesses, makers, artisans, boutiques, collectors, and entrepreneurs. As the sister store of Center Hill Events & Promotions, LLC, Treasure Trail Market was created to provide vendors with a year-round opportunity to showcase their products in a permanent retail setting.

    Our goal is to create an inviting shopping destination where customers can discover one-of-a-kind treasures, handmade goods, vintage finds, home décor, gifts, clothing, collectibles, and more.

    Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application:

    • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, attractive, and well-stocked booth space.

    • All merchandise must be accurately represented and appropriate for a family-friendly shopping environment.

    • Handmade, handcrafted, boutique, vintage, antique, upcycled, specialty retail, and unique gift items are encouraged.

    • Mass-produced retail items may be considered but must align with the overall vision and quality standards of the marketplace.

    • Treasure Trail Market is a curated marketplace, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    • Management reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on product mix, available space, and overall market balance.

  • Rent Due
    1st of each month (late fee of $25 after the 6th)

    Commission
    10% of gross sales

    Payout
    Monthly by the 6th via cash or check

    Sales Tax
    Collected and remitted by Treasure Trail Market

    Social Media Promotion
    Minimum of 3 social media posts per week promoting your products at Treasure Trail Market

    Access Hours
    During normal store operating hours only (no after-hours access unless approved by management)

    Lease Term
    6 month agreement

    Move-Out Notice
    30 days written notice required to terminate booth rental

    Booth Maintenance
    Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean, organized, stocked, and presentable at all times

    Insurance
    Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business insurance. Treasure Trail Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise

  • Renting Spaces:


    Rentals are subject to space availability and are allocated based on the best fit for your products.

    Exclusivity is not offered, so other vendors may have similar products.

    Procedure:

    Items must be tagged with your booth number and price. You may add a small description if you would like. 

    Payments are processed on the 6th of the following month, with rent for the upcoming month deducted.

    Sales tracking is available online via Quail.

    Deposit and Contract:

    A deposit equal to half a month's rent is required upon signing the contract to secure your space.

    The deposit is refundable at the end of the 6-month contract, with a 30-day notice. As long as your booth space is cleaned and left the way it was when you moved in. 

    Default: Accounts with outstanding balances exceeding S300 may be considered in default.

    Failure to make payment arrangements may result in merchandise being removed from the sales floor until the account is brought current.

    Prohibited Display Items: The following items are not permitted unless approved in writing: pegboards, wire grid panels, folding tables, plastic storage bins, cardboard boxes or bins, and any display deemed unprofessional by management.

     

    5x5 - $80 - $2.50 a day 

    4x8 - $95 - $3.06 a day

    4x10 - $115 - $3.70 a day

    1 shelf display- $55 (you must provide shelf) $1.77 a day

    1x1 small display (Example: Jewelry, Hats, etc) $40

    6-month contract and 10% commission
