1) This page is to be used to request an online lesson in the event you are unable to attend your regular face to face lesson and also to be used by regular online lesson students to log into their lessons.
2) If you know 24 hours or more in advance that you are going to have an online lesson for your usual face to face lesson in the current month only, you can email us to give your teacher time to fully prepare for your online lesson.

HOW THE ONLINE LESSON PAGE WORKS
If you can’t attend your face to face lesson and you choose to do an online lesson, simply click on your teacher’s online studio link (shown in Section D at the bottom of this page) at the start time of your usual face to face lesson and regular online lesson students do the same at the start time of their usual lesson.

RULES FOR ONLINE LESSONS (Section D point 12 of our Terms and Conditions)
A) Once you start your online lesson you can not reschedule that lesson.
B) The teacher will wait 10 minutes (from your lesson start time) for you to join the online lesson and if you are not there after 10 minutes expires, they will leave the online lesson and you will no longer have the option of doing an online lesson.
C) If we do not get 24 hours' notice that you require an online lesson for your regular face to face lesson, the teacher will not be able to fully prepare for an online lesson, but will do the best they can with the limited notice period.
D) We can not guarantee internet connection and there may be disruptions to the lesson, sound quality and image quality or you many not be able to connect at all.
