SECTION A
1) This page is to be used to request an online lesson in the event you are unable to attend your regular face to face lesson and also to be used by regular online lesson students to log into their lessons.
YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO INFORM US THAT YOU WANT TO DO AN ONLINE LESSON FOR YOUR REGULAR FACE TO FACE LESSON IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND IT. Please see section B point 1 below for a full explanation.

HOW THE ONLINE LESSON PAGE WORKS
1) If you can’t attend your face to face lesson and you choose to do an online lesson, simply click on your teacher’s online studio link (shown in Section D at the bottom of this page) at the start time of your usual face to face lesson and regular online lesson students do the same at the start time of their usual lesson.
2) Please be aware if you are a regular face to face lesson student and choses to do an online lesson (as you cannot attend in person) that the teacher will be limited in what they can do as online lessons require a completely different lessons structure and different teacher preparation to deliver the lesson, the option of online lessons for regular face to face lesson students is only intended to be used as a last resort option.

RULES FOR ONLINE LESSONS (Section D point 12 of our Terms and Conditions)
A) Once you start your online lesson you can not reschedule that lesson.
B) The teacher will wait 10 minutes (from your lesson start time) for you to join the online lesson and if you are not there after 10 minutes expires, they will leave the online lesson and you will no longer have the option of doing an online lesson.
C) We can not guarantee internet connection and there may be disruptions to the lesson, sound quality and image quality or you many not be able to connect at all.
