 General Entry Information and Requirements

• Images previously accepted in DPS Seasonal Exhibitions are not eligible.

• The original image must have been exposed or captured by the exhibitor.

• Members can submit up to 6 images in each section

• Image files must be in jpeg/jpg format

• Images cannot be longer than 3840 pixels on the horizontal and 2160 on the vertical

• Image files must be less than 4MB

Tips.  Please read:

• Please make sure images adhere to the definitions for Open - found here: https://dps.org.nz/definitions/
• Enter the title of your image in the Image title box on the left hand side, e.g "Sunset over harbour"
• Press the button on the right hand side to Browse or Choose File.
• Use the dialog box to find the image on your computer and press Open.
• The file to submit will now be displayed next to the button. 
• If you have accidentally selected the wrong file, press the button again and repeat the process to select the correct file.
• If you only want to enter the Nature section, click on Nature Section Entries below and upload your files there.

Note: Your entry is not complete until you have pressed the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.

If your image is accepted the Image Title for the exhibition and on your acceptance certificate will be printed as it is entered here.
