Please select the class/classes below your child will be attending. All ages are as of August 31. Dance Impressions reserves the right to change or adjust classes. Parents will be notified of class changes or improper registration.

Acrobatic Classes: Non performance classes are leveled by age and do not perform on the recital. Acro 1, 2 and 3 are performance acro classes leveled by ability in a sequential progression and will perform at the Spring recital. Students must be age 6 and older and taking a dance class to be placed in performance acro classes. Please contact director.
Fee Schedule: Total cost per 8 weeks. Please select the hours your child attends each week. Our dance year includes 4 x 8 week sessions First payment - due at time of registration Second payment - due November 1st Third payment - due January 1st Fourth payment - due March 1st
Unlimited Classes option allows students to drop in to any class at or below their current age/level. Students do not have to attend these extra classes weekly but can drop in to continue their stretching/technique. This is recommended for focused dancers who would like to continue growing and learning. $5 off registration fee for any dancer choosing unlimited

I or we, the parent or guardian, agree to let our child participate in dance activities with knowledge that no insurance coverage or insurance policy is provided to cover participants. I/we acknowledge that by signing this document, I/we may be found by a court of law to have waived any right to maintain a lawsuit against Dance Impressions on the basis of any claim from which I/we have released them herein. I will not hold Dance Impressions and volunteers responsible for any accident to my child or myself, during practice sessions, scheduled events, going to and from such practices or events, playground activities, or out of town events. I also give my child permission to participate in out of town events, if such events are scheduled by Dance Impressions. I also give Dance Impressions permission to use any picture of my child for promotional reasons unless selected above.
