THE VISION: FOR DOG MOMS, BY DOG MOMS. This isn’t just an event. It is a powerful, collaborative movement run entirely by a tight-knit network of local, female-led Toronto pet businesses . From our certified medical training and professional vet tech care, to our private nature venues, our hand-selected artisan calming treats, and custom sweet boards—every single element of this experience is being curated by passionate dog moms, explicitly for dog moms (and dedicated dog dads!). We understand exactly what your fur baby means to your family. Led by Steph (Certified K9 CPR Instructor and Owner of Yelp top-reviewed Chaos n Kisses Academy) and Zoey Sinclair (Veteran Veterinary Technician, Certified Fear Free pet professional  and Owner of GoGoZoey), you will gain the elite, hands-on skills required to act calmly and save your dog's life in a real medical emergency.

Chaos N Kisses X GogoZoey Events Liability Waiver, Release, and Behavior Certification

By signing this document, you agree to give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the organizers.

Please read carefully before signing.

1. The Parties

This agreement is between the Participant (defined as the dog owner/handler and any guests) and the organizers: Stephanie Gaubert (o/a Chaos N Kisses) and Zoey Sinclair (o/a GogoZoey), including their respective employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as the "Releasees")

2. Behavior and Health Certification

By signing below, I certify and warrant that my dog(s):Vaccinations: Is fully up-to-date on all core vaccinations required in Ontario (including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella).Sterilization: Is fully spayed or neutered.No Aggression: Has never shown aggression, reactivity, or unprovoked biting toward humans or other dogs.No Resource Guarding: Does not exhibit resource guarding behavior. I understand that food, treats, and toys will be present at the event, and I certify that my dog can safely interact in this environment.

3. Strict Financial Responsibility (Ontario Dog Owners' Liability Act)

In accordance with the Ontario Dog Owners' Liability Act (DOLA), I accept strict liability for any damage or injury caused by my dog, regardless of fault or negligence.Medical & Vet Bills: If my dog attacks, bites, or injures another dog or attendee, I expressly agree to cover all resulting veterinary expenses and medical bills immediately.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify the Releasees against any financial claims, legal fees, or damages arising from my dog’s actions.

4. Photo & Media Release

I hereby grant the Releasees the irrevocable right to use my image and my dog’s image (captured via photography or video) for any lawful purpose, including social media, websites, and promotional advertising. I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these materials.

5. Assumption of Risk and General Release

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event, including personal injury, dog bites, illness, or property damage. I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Releasees from all liability and claims of any kind.6. Right of RemovalThe organizers reserve the right to remove any dog or attendee from the event at any time, without a refund, if a dog displays uncomfortable, reactive, or unsafe behavior.__________
