If a spray tan cannot be performed due to incorrect preparation, sunburn, unsuitable timing, or another reason discussed during your consultation, the full service fee remains payable, even if you rebook.

All payments are non-refundable. I understand that results vary according to my own prep/aftercare diligence. It is also my responsibility to ask any questions relevant to me before treatment.

For Bridal Packages (CHF 175.– / 2 tans), full payment is due at the first appointment and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the second appointment is used. If I prefer not to commit to two appointments, I may book a single Bridal Glow for CHF 95.–. If I redeem a HERA voucher, I understand that the same terms and conditions apply.

I acknowledge that youglowgirl cannot be held liable if I withhold relevant information and complications arise. I agree to release and hold harmless the salon from claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from such circumstances.
In the event of dissatisfaction, I agree to contact Youglowgirl directly first so we can discuss and, where possible, resolve the matter together. We reserve the right to take legal action against intentionally false, defamatory, or malicious statements about our company or team members.
