BrandiCakes Desserts Cookie Class Terms and Conditions

BrandiCakes Desserts is excited to offer Cookie Decorating Classes and share the knowledge of cookie decorating! Please note that due to the handmade nature of all products, the colors, designs and other elements of the cookies may vary slightly from the advertising material (i.e. such as picture of completed set used in social media posts).  

Tickets/class sets and materials cannot be shared between multiple people. Each participant much purchase their own ticket. 

All participants must register and purchase a ticket prior to class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

BrandiCakes Desserts cookie classes has a minimum class size of 8 participants. In the event the minimum class size is not met, BrandiCakes Desserts will reach out to all registered participants one week before the class date via email or text to notify of class cancellation. Should BrandiCakes Desserts need to cancel a class for any reason (class size minimum not met, other unforeseen circumstances), registered participants will be offered a full refund to their original method of payment or a credit for a future cookie class.

If a registered participant cannot attend the cookie class and notifies BrandiCakes Desserts more than one week prior to class date, the participant can choose between one of the two following options:

1. The participant can receive a refund to their original method of payment.

2. The participant can receive a credit toward a future cookie class.

If a registered participant cannot attend the cookie class and notifies BrandiCakes Desserts less than one week prior to class date, the participant can choose between one of the two following options:

1. BrandiCakes Desserts will provide the registered participant a credit to be used toward a future cookie class within 1 calendar year of original cookie class date. 

2. The participant can transfer their ticket for someone to attend in their place.

If a registered participant is not able to attend and fails to contact BrandiCakes Desserts prior to the start of the class the participant will not be able to receive a refund or a credit due to the nature of the class and all materials having been made already. The participant may choose to get their cookies and supplies from the class and if needed any kits ordered to do the cookies at home with the powerpoint that is emailed after the class.

Cottage Food Law: All class materials are prepared in a home kitchen. 

Cookies & icing are made in a kitchen that contains peanuts, nuts, soy and other allergens. Cookies contain eggs, dairy, and wheat.
