  • I voluntarily retain Achieve Destiny, LLC to perform lawful investigative services on my behalf and authorize the Agency to conduct public-record research, background investigations, surveillance (when legally permissible), witness location efforts, social media research, and other lawful investigative activities related to my case.

  • CLIENT AGREEMENT:

  • I understand and agree with that:
  • 1. No guarantee is made regarding investigative findings, court outcomes, custody determinations, employment decisions, asset recovery, location of individuals, or any specific result.
  • 2. Investigative findings may be favorable or unfavorable to my interests. Achieve Destiny, LLC will maintain the confidentiality of client information and investigative findings to the extent permitted by law.
  • 3. Investigative reports, photographs, videos, witness statements, and investigative methods are confidential and may not be distributed without authorization.
  • 4. Fees are earned as services are performed and are based upon professional time, travel, authorized expenses, and court appearances.
  • 5. Retainer funds may be applied toward earned fees and authorized expenses.
  • 6. Fees earned and expenses incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
  • 7. Any unused retainer balance may be refunded after deduction of earned fees, authorized expenses, and outstanding balances.
  • 8. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • 9. If payment is not received when due, Achieve Destiny, LLC may suspend or terminate services and pursue collection remedies permitted by law.
  • 10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Achieve Destiny, LLC shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services giving rise to the claim.

  • 11. Achieve Destiny, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
    consequential, punitive, special, or speculative damages.
  • 12. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida,
    and any dispute arising from investigative services shall be brought
    exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Florida.
  • 13. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney
    fees, court costs, collection costs, and litigation expenses to the extent permitted by
    law.
  • 14. Consent to receiving communications regarding my case by telephone, text
    message, email, and other electronic means.
  • 15. Agree that electronic signatures, initials, acknowledgments, and records shall
    have the same legal effect as original handwritten signatures.
