CONTRACT DETAILS
This contract, after payment, entitles the purchaser to a 45 minute entertainment performance by Jeffrey Noel Productions. The purchaser understands they are responsible for providing correct contact and location information, date, and time of performance. The purchaser understands there are no refunds for cancellation of performance, or incorrect information given about performance, any breach of contract, or undesirable elements of performance area as deemed by the performer. Performer may cancel for any reason. The purchaser understands that the performer requires a minimum of a 6x6 ft performance area with a minimum of 4 ft from that area to the seated audience area. The audience must be front facing, and not encircling the performance area. The purchaser is responsible for reserving a parking space for the performer as close to the side or rear entry door to the performance area as possible. Purchaser is responsible for all parking fees incurred. The purchaser understands that if there are stairs, or hills to the performance area, that the purchaser will provide a helper to the performer for carrying equipment to the performance area. The purchaser understands they are responsible for audience management and behavior. No member of the audience may disturb the performance, and no rudeness, outbursts, straying into the performance area, or inebriated guests will be allowed in the area of performance. Purchaser understands there will be no children, televisions, background noise or music during the performance. This contract is legally binding.
