農曆七月是佛教歡喜月，也是孝道月，是我佛弟子酬報四重宏恩，救濟倒懸的時候。本寺將自2026年8月13日(農曆七月初一)起，啟建孝道月祈安報恩法會。法會期間每日將諷誦

《地藏菩薩本願功德經》並於8月23日禮拜《慈悲三昧水懺》。冀此殊勝功德，讓我們同霑法益，生者得以滅罪增福，亡者得以超脫三塗，上升佛國。

經云：「念佛一聲，罪滅河沙；禮佛一拜，福增無量」願我佛弟子，廣宣懺法功德，接引十方信眾參加法會共修，將此功德，普被大眾，利益存亡，消弭三界爇惱，則功德無量矣! 耑此

Dear Dharma Friends,

The seventh Lunar month, month of Buddha’s Joy and Filial Piety, is approaching. Guang Ming Temple will conduct the Ullambana Dharma Service chanting “Water Repentance” on Sunday, 8/23/2026. The merit from these services will be offered to our ancestors for them to be reborn in Buddha’s Pure Land and shared with our loved ones for their well-being. It is also the best opportunity to repent our own transgressions, purify our minds, and cultivate both wisdom and merit.
