We make this pie using our signature all-butter flaky pie crust which we brush with a layer of dark chocolate. Not only does this taste amazing paired with our coconut pastry cream filling, but it protects the crust from moisture for days so your pie will keep perfectly in the fridge for almost a whole week!
FYI the Gluten Free version uses our GF Graham Crust intead of a pastry-style crust.
