It determines whether your results are accurate.

Answer every question based on how you have actually behaved over the last 30 to 90 days in your real professional work — not how you intend to behave, not how you would in an ideal situation, and not how you think you should answer. There are no right or wrong answers. Every option describes a real, recognizable professional pattern. The assessment is designed to detect your genuine default. Choosing the answer that sounds most impressive produces an inaccurate result that won't serve you. Take your time. Most questions describe a specific situation and ask what you would really do. Picture yourself in that situation before you answer.

The assessment takes 15 to 20 minutes of uninterrupted focus. If you need to pause, your progress will be saved, but your results will be most accurate if your responses come from a consistent mental frame.
