This is a booking request form for Glitter Guts Tattoos (AKA Bry!) Please give at least 2-3 days for a response and know that I do not respond to bookings on Sundays & Mondays! I typically book 2 months out and 3 months if you’re traveling from out of state.

Is there anything else I should know about/before your appointment? Ex: allergies/skin sensitivities, anything involving the tattoo or design I didn’t ask about?
I understand that should my tattoo require a deposit that the deposit is non refundable and non transferable. I understand that the deposit will come off the final price of my tattoo (ex: should your tattoo need multiple sessions the deposit will come off the final appointment.) Should I need to reschedule my appointment before the appointment is confirmed I understand that my rescheduled date must be within 2 months of the original appointment date to keep the deposit valid. In the event that I no call no show or I cancel my appointment after confirming my appointment I understand that I forfeit my deposit. I understand that arriving 30+ minutes late counts as a no call no show or cancelation. I understand that this policy is put in place to protect the artists time.
