Welcome to the vendor registration for the 3rd Annual 2026 Dark Market Tulsa HOLIDAY MARKET presented by The Sacred Hoop, a 501c3 nonprofit.
Where you can find dark, creepy, gothic, unusual, and unique products.
**For your success, please make sure your products fit the theme of this market.**
Step into a world of mystery and magick at our 3rd Annual Dark Market Tulsa FALL Event! Showcase your one-of-a-kind treasures, handcrafted by you, who embraces the unconventional. From eerie decor to unique gifts that defy the ordinary, this event is your chance to find your unique audience.
This is an INDOOR TWO DAY EVENT. SPACE IS LIMITED.
Please read carefully! This is a rain or shine event. The Sacred Hoop, Gateway Tulsa Event Center and its organizers are not responsible for accidents and or lost/stolen items.
After submitting your request to be a vendor, if approved, you must complete payment within 3 days upon receiving the invoice. Your spot is not secure until payment is received. First come, First served.
For Artisians, priority goes to handcrafted items. A limited number of what type of vendor is accepted. (Example: 2 crochet vendors, 2 tarot readers, etc.) NO MLM, Reseller companies, and NO AI-CREATED ART ALLOWED.
NO REFUNDS. Money collected goes to the venue, social media advertising, and local advertising for the event.
Donations from each vendor are encouraged but not required. These donated items will go into a raffle basket for the charity chosen. If you choose to donate an item, please bring it to the registration table before setup.
Set up will be Saturday at 2:00pm. Be prepared to be ready to greet your customers at 4:00pm sharp. Tear-down will be at 6:00pm Sunday. You are not allowed to tear down early; doing so will result in not being invited back.
Please designate if you require electricity. It is LIMITED, and we cannot guarantee it.
Sales tax reporting is solely the vendor's responsibility. The Sacred Hoop is not responsible for tax reporting on the behalf of any vendor.
Prices are for SPACES, not tables. Please be prepared to provide your own tables and chairs. We ask you to be friendly to your neighbors and do not encroach on their space with your displays. If you have a large display, purchase two spaces.
Food Trucks/Vendors will be available for your dietary needs.
Please upload pictures of your items and/or booth example. Please include your logo for marketing purposes. Choose your photos carefully; we will use what you give us for marketing purposes.
