    Thank you for choosing me to create your custom hand-painted banner! Every banner is individually designed and hand-painted with care just for you.

    Before placing your order, please review the information below:

     📅 Booking
    Now Booking: September, October, & November (i will not be accepting orders September 6th-13th!)

    • I accept up to 3 banner orders per week to ensure every banner receives the time and attention it deserves.
    • Booking is first come, first served.
    • Your order is not reserved until your deposit has been received.

    📅 Turnaround
    • Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days
    • Turnaround begins once your deposit is received and all design details are finalized.

    🚨 Rush Orders
    Orders needed in less than 14 days are accepted based on availability and require a rush fee.

    💜 Deposit
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Work will not begin until your deposit has been received.

    🎨 Mockups
    You’ll receive your design mockup(s) before painting begins for approval.

    * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
    * The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
    * Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

    🎨 Design

    * Two mockups are included with Standard and Premium packages.
    * Minor revisions are included.
    * Major redesigns after mockups are approved may require an additional fee.
    * Inspiration photos are used for inspiration only. Every banner is an original, hand-painted design and will not be an exact copy of another artist’s work.

    * Order dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
    * Rush orders are accepted based on availability and are subject to additional fees.
    * Standard turnaround begins once your deposit is received and all design details have been finalized.

    🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

    * Due to the custom nature of each banner, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.
    * Deposits are non-refundable.
    * If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

    * Every banner is hand-painted and may contain slight variations that make your banner unique.
    * Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade painting process.

    📸 Photos & Marketing

    * A + S Creations may photograph completed banners and share them on social media or in a portfolio unless otherwise requested by the customer.
