Use this form to apply to pitch your brand as part of the Bread & Jam Festival 2026. You must have a ticket to the Festival to apply. Applications close 7th July at 10am. All eligible applications will be viewed by the buyer. You will be emailed a copy of your application after submitting, please note we are unable to make any changes on your behalf once you submit. We aim to let you know if your application is successful or not by 5pm on 10th July. If successful you will be invited to a 10-minute pitch meeting with the buyer at the Festival on the 14th or 15th July. We will be running a virtual workshop on preparing a 10-minute pitch prior to the Festival for successful applicants.

To ensure strong pull-through and compliance with customer requirements, all suppliers must hold SALSA accreditation or an equivalent European certification. For the coming year, Vegetarian Express are particularly interested in vegan wines, specialised cuisine non-food items, kitchen packaging, Middle Eastern products, desserts, gluten-free ranges, salad dressings, and snacking.
