Please complete this vendor form to request permission for your child/children to participate in this Petals & Stars Entrepreneur Day 4 Kids popup market. Upon approval, a parent or legal guardian must sign a Petals & Stars liability waiver and photo release for each participant.  Participants must be 16-years-old or younger AND accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in this program. 

Vendor Participation Expectations

The Petals & Stars Entrepreneur Day 4 Kids program is designed to provide children with a hands-on opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship, responsibility, customer service, communication, and money management. To ensure participants receive the full benefit of the experience, children are expected to actively operate their own business stations during the event.

All participating children must be able to:

• Remain at their station to be actively involved in operating their booth rather than relying on a parent or guardian to do so.
• Greet and interact with customers.
• Discuss their products or services.
• Handle sales transactions with appropriate parent supervision as needed.
  Help organize, restock, and maintain their display.
• Participate in the overall operation of their business.

While parents and guardians are expected to provide support and supervision, the child should be doing most of the work associated with running the business.

Children who are unable or unwilling to actively participate may be restricted or may not be approved for future markets. These events are intended to be educational experiences where children gain confidence and practical business skills through direct involvement.

By registering for an Entrepreneur Day 4 Kids market, families acknowledge and agree to these participation expectations.
