    £30.00 full session: 8:00am till 5:30pm
    £20.00 half day: Morning session 8:00am till 1:00pm
    Afternoon session 12:30pm till 5:30pm
    £22.50 Sibling offer for full session - Book the first child in full price and look for the sibling offer option for other siblings.

    Bookings and payments are to be made via School Gateway App. The club does not accept cash, all payments are to be made at the time of booking. Bookings from After School Club are able to be made until 2.00 pm.

    If your child is not booked by the time the attendance register is printed then they will not be able to attend club on that day and you will receive a phone call to come and collect them.

    A charge will be incurred if children are picked up late.

    If fees are not paid then we are sorry, but children will not be able to attend.

    If you need to cancel the booking, 24 hours’ notice is required or the charge will remain. Contact the school office or club to cancel.

    Charges for late collection
    If your child is booked in until 4.15pm and they are collected later than this a £4.00 charge will then be incurred as this is the charge for the next session.

    An extra charge of £5 for every 15 minutes or part of, will be added to your fees if you are late picking your child/children up after 5.30pm

  • General Data Protection Regulation – Parent/Carer information

  • We need to hold personal information about your child on our computer system and in paper records. We are responsible for their accuracy and safe-keeping. Please help to keep your child’s records up to date by informing us of any change of circumstances.
    Club staff have access to your child’s records to enable them to do their jobs. From time to time information may be shared with others involved in your child’s care, if it is necessary. Anyone with access to your child’s records is properly trained in confidentiality issues and is governed by a legal duty to keep their details secure, accurate and up to date.
    All information about your child is held securely and appropriate safeguards are in place to prevent accidental loss. Information will be held for 3 years and then destroyed.
    In some circumstances we may be required by law to release your child’s details to statutory or other official bodies, for example if a court order is presented, or in the case of public educational issues. In other circumstances you may be required to give written consent before information is released – such as the educational reports for insurance, solicitors etc.
    To ensure your child’s privacy, we will not disclose information over the telephone unless we are sure that we are talking to you - the parent/carer. Information will not be disclosed to family and friends unless we have prior written consent and we do not leave messages with others.
    You have a right to see your child’s records if you wish. Please ask at club if you would like further details.

  • OUTINGS

  • In After School Club and Holiday Club we may take the children out on trips in the local community e.g. visit the park. Please tick below if you wish your child to take part in these activities (Parents will always be informed before we go on an outing)*
  • PHOTOGRAPHS

  • During After School Club and Holiday Club we may take photographs of the children during their activities. The photographs could be used for displays, the clubs prospectus, our private Facebook page and Seesaw. Please tick below if you agree to your child’s picture being used in such a way*
  • Face Paint and Nail Varnish

  • MEDICAL AGREEMENT

  • I consent to any emergency medical treatment necessary during my child’s attendance at the club. I authorize the club staff to sign any written form of consent required by the hospital authorities if the delay in getting my signature is considered by the doctor to endanger my child’s health and safety.*

  • Changes to normal arrangements

    On occasion, the usual venue for the club, the school hall, may not available. During such times the club has to be held elsewhere, normally Nursery and Room 2.
  • AGREEMENT

  • I understand that if my child is in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 or 2 they will be collected from the Classroom by a staff member from After School Club.

    I understand that if my child is in Year 3, 4, 5 or 6 they will make their own way to the club.

  • Parent and Club Agreement

    At Gwynedd All Stars Club, we are committed to providing a safe, caring, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child is valued, respected and supported. We recognise parents and carers as children’s primary carers and believe that working in partnership is essential to providing high-quality childcare and play opportunities.

    This agreement sets out the responsibilities of both the Club and parents/carers to ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of every child attending.

    The Club’s Commitment

    We agree to:

    Provide high-quality childcare in accordance with the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for Regulated Childcare, the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and the Club’s policies and procedures.
    Operate the following childcare sessions:
    Wraparound Care: 8.00am – 3.10pm (for children registered to attend the Club’s Wraparound Care provision).
    After School Club: 3.10pm – 5.30pm.
    Holiday Club: 8.00am – 5.30pm during school holidays, excluding the Christmas holidays and one week of the summer holidays.
    Ensure children attending Ysgol Gwynedd are safely transferred between school and the Club in accordance with the Arrival and Collection Policy.
    Plan staffing to meet children’s individual needs, maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and provide safe, high-quality care.
    Provide an inclusive environment where every child is treated with dignity, respect and fairness.
    Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), disabilities, medical conditions or other individual needs wherever reasonably practicable.
    Provide a wide range of play opportunities that encourage children to learn, develop friendships, build confidence and have fun.
    Promote positive behaviour using supportive strategies in accordance with the Behaviour Management Policy.
    Contact parents/carers promptly if a child becomes unwell during a session and care for the child appropriately until they are collected.
    Administer medication only with written parental consent and in accordance with the Club’s Medication Policy.
    Keep parents/carers informed of any accidents, incidents or significant events affecting their child.
    Investigate and respond to complaints fairly and confidentially in accordance with the Complaints Policy.
    Keep parents/carers informed of significant changes to the Club’s policies, procedures or service.
    Handle all personal information confidentially and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

     

    Parent/Carer Agreement

    To help us provide a safe and high-quality service, we ask that parents/carers agree to:

    Complete all registration forms accurately before their child attends the Club.
    Book all childcare sessions in advance using the Club’s designated booking system and ensure bookings are made before the published booking deadlines.
    Pay for all booked sessions in accordance with the Club’s Fees and Bookings Policy.
    Notify the Club as soon as possible if their child is unable to attend a booked session.
    Understand that booked sessions remain chargeable in accordance with the Club’s Fees and Bookings Policy, including cancellations made with insufficient notice and non-attendance.
    Inform the Club immediately if their child has contracted a communicable or infectious illness and not send their child to the Club until they are well enough to attend and any recommended exclusion period has ended.
    Provide up-to-date emergency contact details and inform the Club immediately of any changes to:
    home address;
    telephone numbers;
    authorised persons collecting their child;
    medical conditions;
    allergies;
    medication;
    GP details;
    court orders or legal arrangements affecting collection;
    any other information that may affect their child’s health, wellbeing or care.
    Inform the Club promptly of any changes to their child’s attendance pattern or collection arrangements.
    Ensure their child is collected promptly at the end of each session.
    Treat staff, children and other families with courtesy and respect at all times.
    Read and comply with the Club’s policies and procedures, including the Statement of Purpose, Admissions Policy, Fees and Bookings Policy, Behaviour Management Policy and Safeguarding Policy.
    Work in partnership with the Club to support their child’s wellbeing, development and positive behaviour.

     

    Booking and Fees

    Parents/carers acknowledge that:

    Attendance is by advance booking only through the Club’s designated booking system.
    Bookings are accepted subject to availability, safe staffing levels and the Club’s ability to meet the needs of all children attending.
    Booking deadlines apply to all sessions and are detailed in the Club’s Fees and Bookings Policy.
    Late bookings cannot be guaranteed.
    Outstanding fees may result in future bookings being suspended until the account has been brought up to date.

     

    Collection of Children

    Parents/carers agree that:

    Children will only be collected by authorised adults named on the Registration Form unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the Club.
    The Club must be informed immediately if someone different is collecting their child.
    Identification may be requested where staff do not recognise the collecting adult.
    Late collection charges will apply in accordance with the Fees and Bookings Policy.

     

    Partnership Working

    The Club and parents/carers agree to work together in the best interests of the child by maintaining open, honest and respectful communication.

    Information shared between the Club and parents/carers will be treated confidentially unless there is a safeguarding concern or a legal obligation to share information.
