    ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED, MUST HAVE A BADGE AND MUST SUBMIT A CODE OF CONDUCT AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

    All AZ Thespian events are restricted to registered participants. Each organization may register up to 3 additional participants. To facilitate badges for attendees, each organization must register all attendees on this form and must display their badges during Festival.

    • Note: Be sure you have your participant information on hand before filling out this form. You will be able to edit this list and resubmit it.

    Background Check:

    • Each participant in your organization needs to complete a Background Check (external form).

     You will have the opportunity to register for multiple roles: Scholarships, Workshops and Exhibit Booth. Organizations must register for each role they are participating in.

    College representatives must check in at the Convention Center prior to auditions and present an ID to receive their badge. Check in for badges will not be available at the hotel. Register by area (monologues, musical, technical theatre) rather than by each individual adjudicator. A list of all adjudicators must be submitted through the link at the bottom of this section.     If you would like a booth in the exhibit hall, you MUST complete this form. Booths must be reserved in advance. All Exhibitors will be assessed an application fee of $75.00. Phoenix Convention Center limits up to 4 exhibitors at the booth at one time. Contact joebenjamin.mauricio@arizonathespians.com with questions. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE October 8, 2026
  • BOOTH FEES:

    A booth is approximately 10 x 10 space with one 8 ft. table and two chairs. Additional space is available for an additional booth fee. Additional tables are available for $25 each but must fit within the 10 x 10 space. Exhibitors may bring their own tables but booth space fees remain in effect.

    BOOTH FEES:
    $75.00 Application fee for all exhibitors, regardless of any discounts
    $200.00 2-day, standard booth Fee for 10 x 10 space with one table and two chairs.
    $125.00 1-day booth fee for 10 x 10 space with one table and two chairs.
    $25.00 Fee for additional tables
    35.00 fee for any additional exhibitor booth participants beyond the 4 allotted

    $200.00 waived for college representatives participating in scholarship auditions

    All exhibitors and pre-registered participants receive a complimentary box lunch. Due to the limited size of booths, only 4 people may staff a booth at any one time. All participants *must* be registered with an active role in Festival and must pass a background check. This includes all adults who may be staffing your booth.

    Please note: The Phoenix Convention Center has not levied a fee on exhibitor sales to date but they have the right to do so.

                Code of Conduct

                The Arizona State Thespian Organization is an educational organization that promotes professionalism in both our students and adults.

                It is expected that all adults will behave in a professional manner and be sensitive to the diverse population that Arizona Thespians serves. Language should be professional. Obscene or vulgar language should be avoided.

                All adults should maintain a professional relationship with our students. All students attending our festival are considered minors regardless of their age.

                Adults should not be alone with any students. If you find you only have one student in your workshop at the beginning or end you should move toward the door and be sure it is open.

                Adults should never take any student outside of the convention center. This includes the hotel, a restaurant, or other location near the convention center.
