The Creed staff team is looking for a handful of people they can rely on to give them quality feedback about domination. 

Quality feedback is:

Actionable: "Domination needs better upgrade balance" vs "domination is stupid".

Quality feedback is:

Rational (not emotional): "I don't like this because it's unbalanced" vs "I don't like this".

Quality feedback is:

Offered, not enforced: "I think this is a good idea" vs "if you don't add this I quit".

Quality feedback is:

Understanding: "The team who is making this for me is spending 1000+ hours for free to help me" vs "I deserve better".

Quality feedback is:

Focuses on features not people: "I think this feature needs improvement" vs "the person who made this must be stupid".

Quality feedback is:

Avoids public pressure: "Let me suggest something to improve domination" vs "let's get people to push until the feature I want is made".

A few things worth remembering

- Advisors advise. Decisions stay with the team.

- Keep internal discussion internal until the team chooses to share it.
- Disagree + commit. It takes maturity to stand by the team despite decisions you disagree with.

The math is not mathing

[Crd]CreedGuardian used to spend the time needed to recruit 200-300 people per month just to keep activity stable/even.
Of 300 new joins, 200 leave within 24 hours. Of those 1/3 apply. Of those 1/10 get in and get active. 
- Ever since the mods of BAR went against our promotion on Reddit/Discord that's not possible

- Domination season 2 is our last chance to make [Crd] work
- The need to get people to recruit and create connection with new members is paramount
- Sometimes decisions will need to be made that cater to those needs rather than balance.
