    Thank you for registering for the 2027 KCDD Day at the Capitol for Self-Advocates and Caregivers. This event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow advocates and participate in an advocacy training at the Sunflower Foundation Building and meetings with your state legislators at the Capitol.
