    Move-Out
    Sunday: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Move-out begins only after the show officially closes at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Under no circumstances may vendors begin dismantling displays or bring boxes, tubs, dollies, flatbeds, carts, or other move-out equipment into the exhibit hall before the official close of the show.

Early tear-down is strictly prohibited. Beginning move-out before closing not only creates a poor shopping experience for our guests, but also negatively impacts neighboring vendors who are still conducting business.

Vendors who begin packing or dismantling their booths before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday may not be invited to participate in future Market Shows events.

Thank you for helping us provide an exceptional shopping experience through the final hour of the show.

  • 20x20 booths

20x20 Booths – Important Display Requirements

With the new show floor configuration, we have a larger number of 20x20 booths available this year.

If you have reserved a 20x20 booth, please note that your space must be designed as a freestanding island-style display. Blank walls facing an aisle or neighboring booth are not permitted.

If your display requires walls or partitions, they must be placed within the interior of your booth design so that no unfinished or blank wall surface is visible from any aisle or adjacent booth.

These requirements help maintain an attractive and inviting shopping experience for all attendees and ensure visibility for neighboring exhibitors.

If you have questions about your booth layout, please contact us before the show so we can help you create a display that meets these guidelines.

  • Health Permit

  • Taxes

The State of Mississippi requires all promoters of events to collect sales taxes at the event. We will distribute forms to be filled out on Saturday and returned to us prior to move out. Sales tax is 7% with an additional 1% city tax.

Please make sure you return this form with payment. PLEASE BRING A CHECK MADE OUT TO MIDSOUTH MEDIA GROUP TO PAY YOUR SALES TAXES. ALL TAXES MUST BE PAID AT CONCLUSION OF EVENT.

    NO LATE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.

  • Vendor Insurance:

Beginning with the 2027 show season, all vendors will be required to carry general liability insurance in order to participate in any Market Show event. This coverage helps protect your business, fellow vendors, shoppers, event facilities, and our organization in the event of an accident, injury, or property damage claim.

While liability insurance is not mandatory for our 2026 events, we strongly encourage all vendors to obtain coverage as soon as possible. Recent events have highlighted the importance of ensuring that businesses are adequately protected from unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend that vendors carry General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, which is considered the industry standard for trade shows and events. We also strongly suggest obtaining Inland Marine Coverage with Off-Premises Protection to help protect your inventory, displays, fixtures, equipment, and merchandise while in transit and at event locations.
