Napoleon Engineering Services (NES) is committed to protecting all customer products, intellectual property, proprietary information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled information, and information systems and networks from unauthorized access, disclosure, or distribution. This facility contains documents, materials, technical data, products, systems, and information that may be considered proprietary, confidential, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled, or regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other applicable United States Government regulations. Visitors shall not access, disclose, discuss, photograph, copy, reproduce, transmit, remove, or distribute any proprietary, confidential, CUI, information systems and networks or export-controlled information unless specifically authorized by NES management and, when applicable, the customer or governing authority. Access to controlled information is limited to authorized individuals with a lawful business purpose and shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies, including 32 CFR Part 2002 and applicable export control regulations. By entering this facility, visitors acknowledge and agree that all information, processes, products, technical data, manufacturing methods, and observations made while on site shall be treated as proprietary and confidential.

NES is committed to providing a safe environment for employees, contractors, customers, and visitors at our facility. All visitors are required to comply with the following safety requirements while on site.

• I will remain with my assigned host or authorized escort at all times unless otherwise permitted.
• I will follow all posted signage, verbal instructions, safety protocols, and restricted area requirements while on site.
• I will immediately report any unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries, or emergencies to my host or site personnel immediately.
• In the event of an emergency evacuation, I will exit through the nearest safe and unobstructed exit and report to the designated assembly area located in the gravel parking lot across and to the right of the main building entrance.

• Safety glasses or glasses with side shields must be worn at all times on the manufacturing floor.
• Hearing protection is required when spending extended time near operating manufacturing equipment.

I certify that I am a:

• US Persons will be issued a visitor badge with a GREEN or YELLOW identifier.
• Foreign Persons will be issued a visitor badge with a RED identifier.

A YELLOW or RED badge identifier will require an escort throughout the duration of the visit.

Foreign Persons may be restricted from entering certain areas or accessing certain products, technical data, systems, documents, or export-controlled information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.

All visitors are required to visibly display an approved visitor identification badge while on company premises, except for:

1. Visitors who remain in the greeting area or go directly to the main conference room.
2. US person(s) in educational or tour groups (students, teachers, Dream It. Do It., etc.).
3. Visitors with management approval.

All Foreign Persons must be issued a visitor badge with a RED identifier regardless of visitor type or group status and must remain under escort at all times.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Visitor Rules of Entry. I understand that I may be exposed to proprietary information, CUI, export-controlled information, information systems and networks, technical data, defense-related materials, or information regulated under ITAR and other applicable United States laws and regulations. I agree not to access, disclose, photograph, record, copy, reproduce, discuss, transmit, remove, or distribute any such information or material unless specifically authorized to do so. I understand that failure to comply with these rules and protocols may result in termination of my visit, removal from the premises, denial of future visits, and/or potential legal or regulatory consequences.
