STEP 1: REGISTRATION 

Active Pastors: $100
Candidate, Vicars, & CSP Pastors: $50
Emeritus: Compliments of the MN South District

Lodging is NOT INCLUDED in the registration cost.

This is a REQUIRED conference; all ACTIVE pastors are required to pay the registration fee, regardless of attendance. 

LCMS Bylaw 4.8.2.d.1

(d) All ordained and commissioned ministers on the district rosters are expected to attend meetings of their official conference or present a valid excuse.
     (1) Attendance at the official conferences shall be obligatory for ordained and commissioned ministers serving in congregations and parishes.

If you are unable to attend, please continue the registration process, including payment, and complete the Absentee Form located here to notify Rev. Brian Thorson, District Secretary.

STEP 2: OVERNIGHT LODGING

Lodging is NOT INCLUDED in the registration cost. Please make your own hotel reservation. Call early to ensure availability and to get the best rate.

Dinner: Banquet at St. John Lutheran Church, Corcoran (same venue as the conference). If you will attend and/or bring a guest to the banquet, there is an additional cost of $50 for each banquet attendee.
