SUMMER PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The GoodwillSR FROM TEE TO YOUR FUTURE Summer Program is an exciting two-week experience for youth ages 11–14, held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. From July 6–17, 2026, participants will travel to Oxbow Meadow each day for one hour of golf instruction while also building valuable life and job skills through soft-skills training, career exploration, and leadership activities. This program is designed to help students grow in confidence, discover new interests, and stay motivated to succeed in school and beyond—especially as they work toward earning a high school diploma.
By the end of the program, participants will have opportunities to:
- Understand the fundamentals of golf
- Build foundational life and employability skills
- Set goals, accept feedback, and reflect on their progress
- Gain confidence, motivation, and a stronger sense of belonging
- Recognize the importance of completing high school
