Delegate Expectations

By completing this form, you are indicating that you understand that non-state officer delegates are available to travel with Minnesota FFA beginning Sunday, October 18th. Non-state officer delegates will be covered by the State FFA Association's supervision and sponsorship for travel, lodging and meals throughout convention until arrival back at the MSP airport. 2-3 non-state officer delegates will be selected pending final delegate numbers.

Describe your top three leadership experiences.
Six delegate issues will be selected at State Officer Summit in July for discussion at National Convention. Past examples include Student Input on Strategic Direction, Enhancement of Marketing and Messaging, Evaluation of Degree Program Structure, Growth of Leadership Programs, Expanding Belonging and Engagement, and Reviewing the Process of the Delegate Experience. How will you contribute discussion points to any of the delegate topics during committee meetings? As an FFA member, what personal experiences could you share during conversation?

Why do you want to serve as an FFA delegate?

If selected as a delegate, you will have 2 business days after being notified by MN FFA to confirm your plans to participate as a delegate or the position may be offered to the next student.

In order to participate, students will be required to submit a waiver and travel plans with MN FFA. All students travelling with MN FFA will be required to comply with the best health and safety recommendations in place by either MN FFA or any partner entities (example: airlines, facility requirements, etc). Advisors will be contacted before any students are finalized as traveling non-state officer delegates. Applicants should notify their advisors of their intent to apply.
