Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas offers tax-exempt certificates for authorized troop and Service Unit purchases. To request a certificate, please complete the form below. For compliance purposes, approved tax-exempt certificates will be sent directly to the business identified in this request and will not be provided to individual members or volunteers.

Important Information:
- Tax-exempt certificates are only available for purchases made on behalf of a Girl Scout troop.
- The purchaser must be a currently registered Girl Scout member or approved volunteer.
- Tax-exempt certificates may not be used for personal purchases.
- Tax-exempt certificates are not provided directly to troop leaders, volunteers, Service Unit volunteers, or troop members.
- Upon approval, Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas will send the tax-exempt certificate directly to the business listed on this form.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
