2. Demonstrate Your Experience

For example:

3. Speak in English

Your entire video should be spoken in English.

This helps us accurately evaluate your communication skills.

4. Close Strong

Finish with one or two sentences explaining:

Why you believe you should be considered for any role
Why you believe you’d be a strong addition to a U.S. team

Keep it concise and confident.
