Letter of Intent to Apply: FY 2026 CoC Program NOFO
If your organization intends to apply for funding through the FY2026 CoC Program NOFO, please complete this Letter of Intent (LOI) form by noon on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The LOI allows the NoCO CoC to estimate the number and types of projects expected to apply and to plan for the local competition process. Submission of an LOI does not commit an organization to submitting a full application. If your organization intends to submit more than one project application, please complete a separate LOI for each project. Additional information regarding local application requirements and the competition process will be provided as it becomes available.
