I voluntarily participate in POBRUN: Run the City, Own the Night and acknowledge that participation in this walking event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, falls, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, management, U Hotels Makati, sponsors, partners, volunteers, employees, representatives, venue owners, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
I understand and agree that the organizers and management shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, injury, illness, disability, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
I grant permission to the organizers to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, and promotional materials related to POBRUN for marketing, publicity, and documentation purposes without compensation.
