    Minor participants must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety purposes, alcoholic beverages will not be included in the set meal. Should participants wish to order additional food or drinks (including alcoholic beverages) beyond what is provided, these will be at their own expense and are not covered by the registration fee. Participants are expected to exercise responsibility and moderation in alcohol consumption and must inform the organizers in advance of any dietary restrictions. The organizers shall not be held liable for any issues arising from failure to comply with these responsibilities.
