VENDOR APPLICATION - EPIC HALLOWEEN BLOCK PARTY

YOU'RE INVITED to be part of the first ever EPIC Halloween Block Party, "BOO'S & BOOZE," and EPIC Halloween 1-Mile Fun Run in Downtown El Paso, Texas on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 12:00 am. This inaugural event will be a Large-Scale Celebration providing the Ultimate Halloween experience featuring Live, Local, International and National Headlining Entertainment, DJs, Bands, Food & Merch Vendors, Spooky Sprits, and the Biggest Costume Contest in the Southwest with $3000.00 in Cash & Prizes! The event kicks off with the the EPIC 1-Mile Fun Fun & Competitive Run for all the Fitness Enthusiasts. This event is for EVERYONE and designed to cater ALL COMMUNITIES from El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces, New Mexico and Cd, Juarez, Mexico.

Spaces are limited. All applications will be taken into consideration and selected by organization, food & items being sold, submission date and that best fit the vibe of the event. Event producers will approve all organizations & sale items to avoid any duplicates and will follow up accordingly. Once approved, sale items and/or organizations CANNOT be changed. All food truck vendors must meet all rules & regulations set forth by the City of El Paso Health and Fire departments - Mobile food vendor permit, Health permits, Food handler/manager certifications, Fire permits, etc. All permits must be current. All merch & non-profit vendors are required to bring in their own 10X10 canopy, table, chairs and extension cords. Event producers will approve the number of people to manager your station. Any extra people over the approved amount, will have to pay admission. To stick to the event scheduling, ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM - PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY and unless approved, must stay until 12:00 am. All vendors are NOT allowed to sell or bring in alcoholic beverages - vendors will be escorted out if alcohol is found in your space or truck. For everyone's safety, no vehicles are permitted in the venue after 2:00 pm or before 12:00 am - PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Event producers will provide appropriate credentials and if approved, will follow up with you for the payment submission process.

Food truck fees for this event are $200.00 per space, Merchandise vendor fees are $75.00 per 10x10 space, and Non-profit vendors will be free. Payment will be due upon approval notice to reserve your space. If payment is not made upon initial contact, we will have to move onto the next vendor.

I, the Vendor agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury to persons, damage to property, or violation of laws resulting from the Vendor's acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct. The Vendor further agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event rules, and assumes full responsibility for their equipment, personnel, and performance activities.
